In case it shows up, I had already made a neutral comment on this company siting 2 order confirmation notices but no shipment and it's been 12 days.
Joseph Novosel sent a very detail reply to my inquiry siting numerous problems: Paypal had a glitch and didn't accurately reflect they had been paid; huge volume spike in nursery pot orders due to spring and he was then shorted by the delivery truck.
After explaining it all he offered apologies, a total refund if I'd like to cancel or an upgrade from UPS ground to 3 day shipping at their expense.
That REALLY sounded like the company described in the other comments. I did not cancel the order and will mostly like update the evaluation upon receipt and a new order is processed.
