That's true customer service and I was very impressed.

Kathleen certainly makes sure the customer is happy and I would recommend ordering from them to anybody wanting a quick, easy and friendly experience.

I ordered from this company for the first time this spring. I got 12 Lilly of theValley and begonias to start. The begonias have all sprouted and look very healthy. Lilly of the Valley had been in the ground for about a month doing very poorly when I got a surprise shipment of 12 replacement pips and an apology letter. Seems they realized an error had been made by a supplier and rather than just let it go they flew in replacements from Europe and sent them 2nd day air to me. I was totally shocked by this outstanding and all too infrequent level of customer service. The replacement Lillies have been in the ground for 10 days and all have sprouted and from the looks of them will be flowering very soon. I will definitely keep this company in mind when ordering fall bulbs.

Ordered my first bulbs online from this company...that's after comparing prices and reading customer ratings here at DG...The order came much sooner than I was ready to plant them... They are good quality bulbs, pretty good size.. im not very familiar with sizes but the Freesias I got from Lowes is half of what i got from Easy to grow.. I will for sure buy next time ... but for now I'll wait how my bulbs do in spring..

Surprisingly, the bulbs have come out beautifully, quickly, and a good size. Even after a warm winter and in compacted soil. Even our species tulips are coming up beautifully. Only the fritillaria are absent, but I'm not sure if they should be up now or not. Definately will order from this company again.

I recently received Watsonia, Babiana and Iris bulbs from this company. The woman who takes the calls is very nice and helpful. All of the bulbs looked very healthy and the Watsonias are now starting to appear in the garden. I would order from them again. Oh, and the bulbs were very nicely packaged as well.

The replacement bulb they sent me was actually two mature bulbs stuck together, easily a 50+ dollar value. Order your bulbs during the planting season and try to stay away from sale items( only a few lived but I consider this customer error for ordering bulbs when they should have been in the ground months earlier). Great company, try them out.

I was looking for begonia tubers, and they were one of the many that carried them. Their selection included Amerihybrids, which were nicer than other versions I have seen on the net. Their promise of large tubers could not be argued. I've never purchased tubers of such size.

I placed the order in Feb, but because of my zone, they would not ship til mid March, so the wait was a killer, but understandable.

Upon receiving my items, I noticed that one of the tubers was lighter than the rest. After noticing part of the skin peeled back, I decided to peek. Turns out the tuber had completely rotted. So I sent an e-mail with the issue.

I got a courteous response the following night, apologizing, and was told it would be replaced. I received the replacement in a couple of days, along with a letter from customer service. They didn't just replace the single tuber, they replaced the full package, which comes in packages of 3. So I received 2 extra!

Kudos to them understanding customer satisfaction and care!

I have ordered from this company multiple times and have always been impressed with the merchandise I've received. Their claim that their bulbs are bigger has certainly held true in my experience. I've always been given prompt, polite replies to any questions I've had, they've rectified billing errors (error on my part, not theirs).

Love the Amaryllis that I've gotten so far and looking forward to the blooms on the new ones I just received!

Once again, the bulbs are huge -- some of the daffodils were gigantic, and many of the bulbs were doubles. The bulbs again arrived within a few days. Very impressed with this order as well.

I had one small problem with a live plant - e mail was answered very quickly and not only was a free replacement sent out the SAME DAY - I was given an additional "gift" as an apology for the problem, which I appreciated and felt was extremely gracious and totally unnecessary. These people are serious about customer service. I ordered oxalis, elephant ears, begonias, zephyr lillies, begonias and a couple other things -- I'm thoroughly pleased with all of them. Next year I'm getting the GLADS early enough to plant in my area. Highly recommended.

my 2006 orders from ETGB - and it is nothing less than fantastic -- I ordered Begonias/Caladiums/Dahlia roots and
they are the best bulbs I have received - ever - The begonias were so huge they barely fit in the the small pots I've used to get them sprouting - most had strong shoots already emerging -- all 8 have sprouted and are super.
The Caladiums are the largest I have ever seen -- they will be coming up shortly - and the Dahlia roots barely fit in the
bag - I thought they sent me too many at first - but they are HUGE !! I asked this company to ship earlier than normal for my Zone as I could start the caladiums/begonias early indoors and within a week, my order was here - well packed,
with everything in excellent condition - When I had a small
issue last year, they not only replaced the plant that did not
thrive, they sent me extra stuff and did not charge additional shipping for the replacement. I always check out their site to order the best bulbs at the best prices !! Remember - you can pay less - but you will get less, to be sure.

Normally I would plant 3 tube in a 10-12 inches pot, but theirs are so huge, I did not know what to do. I e-mail them again, this time, took two days to get a response - very vrey helpful. Definitely a A+ company. The shipping time took 7 days, from California to Louisiana, it should not be a problem in spring. When you buy plants in hot summer, no matter where you shop at, take shipping time into consideration.
