I didn't receive my order because of technical problems on Diane's server. When she learned of the problem Diane was more than helpful and willing to do whatever it took to make things right. This issue has been resolved. The customer's seeds had been lost in the mail, and he was trying to contact me via an obsolete e-mail address. Thanks to the Garden Watchdog, I was alerted to the problem, and I was able to contact the customer and get things straightened out. Steps have been taken to prevent this problem from happening again."
