To my knowledge, I have never answered a customer question in a “nasty” way. Maybe you took whatever I said the wrong way. Or maybe you have simply mistaken me for someone else.
If you like, you can re-ask your question, and I will answer it. Otherwise, I request that you contact the staff of Dave’s Garden and have this post removed. Since you have never actually ordered from me, I don’t think that you have enough experience with my company to pass fair judgment on it.

Some people don't like my policy, which is the same policy that many other companies have. That's fine. They can buy form Thompson & Morgan or someone else who has a 100% guarantee. But libeling my character on a public forum is uncalled for. I only answered your question honestly. It's too bad you chose to interpret it as a personal insult.
By law, I am required to test germinate all of my seeds every year, which I do. So it's not a problem with the seeds being old or having poor germination rates. Please see the articles on my website for detailed instructions on starting seeds."
I ordered 11 packets of flower seeds on 01/18/2009. The seeds arrived very quickly. The packages were well marked and had planting instructions on them. She also sent me a free package of seed....which was on my want list! The shipping was resonable. All of the seeds are starting to grow! I will buy from her again! Thank-you!
On May 25th, 2009, srkind changed the rating from positive to negative and added the following:
I am changing my rating as after the seeds germinated...about half died. I've not had that happen before, and I have grown alot of plants from seed. I was going to send her an email explaining this, when I was reading her website.....there is NO guarentee!!!! So now I am out my money and my plants. The plants that all died were: Purple Love Grass, Monarda didyma, Agastache cana, Rudbeckia hirta, Eryngium amethystinum and hakone white platycodon. I don't really care for places like eburgess or direct gardening, but at least they have a guarentee. I guess I'll be ordering my seeds from Thompson & Morgan, as all but one packet grew, and they've already replaced the bad packet! I thought I was getting a good deal with Diane's seeds, but I was wrong. I'd rather spend alittle bit more money and be guarenteed!On Mar 13, 2009, Diane's Flower Seeds responded with:
