United Kingdom wrote:I paid £120 for 12 alstroemaria plants from this firm,they were delivered & planted in the garden in March,they have grown in size very well indeed,however they are not the varieties i ordered,i contacted the firm about this but received an email which said i was just trying to get my plants for nothing & my money back,in the end it was stated that i should repot all the plants back up,put them in a box & send them back for a money refund,obviously as a private home and the fact that the plants have trebled in size i have not the pots or a box or any other facilities to carry out this exercise,therefore i have to accept i spent a lot of money & will have to put up with the colours i have received,i will say they are exellent plants,just not the right colours. |
