After placing my order on the afternoon of May 26th, I received five healthy Lychnis chalcedonica (Maltese Cross) less than a week later, even with a long holiday weekend in between. The plants were thoroughly wrapped for shipping protection and well watered to survive the trip. I am very pleased with my order, and find T's online perennial selection to be better than what my local nurseries in Omaha have available.
For a one woman shop, this is an amazing operation! Bravo to Teresa for getting it all together through good times and bad. Great selection, great prices, prompt shipping and lovely plants. I will be back when the ground starts to thaw and wish her all the best for 2006!

Today I ordered Sedum purple emperor from T's. In the evening, my husband informed me that the paypal payment had been rejected. I was disappointed, but not completely unsurprised, since it's been sold out at several other online nurseries.
Imagine my delight when I checked my e-mail. It turns out that the Teresa no longer had the 3 1/2" pot size available. Instead, she was mailing me quart size plants instead (for the same price!), the only difference would be slightly increased shipping charges.
Who says customer service is dead? As far as I'm concerned, I'll be ordering more from here.

In late winter I received divorce papers. I had to make a quick move which caused my plants to be in disarray. I then had severe depression which I'm still trying to pull out of. But thanks to the help of friends, I was able to make refunds to those who placed orders which I couldn't fill either because of my state of mind or because I couldn't find the plants to ship. Thanks to all those others who didn't receive their orders for their patience.

I also had my order canceled for no apparent reason(at least none was give). I recieved my money back but was disappointed, as I was counting on the flowers I had ordered. I submitted my order early so it was not like their was insufficient time to process and plan ahead. I would like to order again as the prices are great.
Ordered seeds and plants early this year. Seed order short one packet which was promptly shipped when I made it known. But being promised plants to be shipped in may and then receiving no plants is something else. I've now lost a years growth. My money was refunded after I emailed and asked why my plants hadn't arrived. But I received no email saying my plants would not be available prior to my asking where they were. I won't order again from this company.

This is my second year at odering from T's. As allways the items are fantastic in packaging and quality. I wish all companies would follow there example. It is not only a pleasure when they arrive but when they bloom they are exactly what was ordered on strong healthy plants.
P.S. my Iris bloomed 6 weeks after planting. It definately was a rebloomer and the lisianthus can not be beat by seed or by seedlings. Thank you!

I am from Canada and I made my first purchase from T's a few months ago. Her communication was very good and she gave excellent guidance with my purchase. Not everything was in stock at the time of my purchase but she informed me of when they would be in stock and both the original and backorder was shipped on time. She has a very good informative website and great prices and variety. Seeds I planted have germinated well and I plan to purchase again.

Ordering from T's was a wonderful experience: great prices, prompt email acknowledgement and subsequent shipping information, excellent plants packed with care, and a refund of an overpayment that I would not have known existed had Teresa not told me. (She was able to ship some Iris with my other plants, so she refunded the separate shipping charges I had prepaid.) I will definitely be reordering, as her stock, and my limited garden space allow. This resource is the find of the year!
Earlier in the year I ordered daylily seeds along with several perennial flower seeds. I received them very quickly and well packaged. I have had a great germination rate with all of the seeds I purchased. Along with all of this, the prices are outstanding! I will certainly be ordering again next year. Highly recommended!

I found this site as a source for daylily seeds by accident, and I think it is a gem of a store. The prices are amazing (really the best on the net), the service is amazing, and the selection of cultivars are both unique and suitable for almost everyone living in different climate zones. Unfortunately, the quantities are limited and as I see that someone else has found the site as well, it can't remain a little secret any longer! In regards to shipping, I ordered my seeds this winter, from Canada through mail (it took a week to reach them) and I recieved my order three days thereafter. Nice. (Just in time for Christmas!) I was worried but I got all the varieties I wanted and I even recieved a bonus! Words cannot express the joy.
By the way, this is the first time I'm growing daylilies by seed, therefore I won't have anything to add about the germination rate and my success till spring, but the seeds look plump, healthy, and shiny, and they've been packaged in the most delightful little peach envelopes with a sticker for instructions on them! They've also been individually identified by hand! What class I tell you! To make the story short, I find this to be a very special place. It's really unique and accomodating, and I'll be looking forward to next season for more daylily seed varieties.
I recently learned about this company. Although I have not grown any seed yet from this company, I have ordered and am rating based on this. Teresa is extremely prompt and helpful in responding to all questions. She followed up via e-mail on when payment was received and when shipping was to be expected . Seeds arrived safely packaged with detailed instructions on envelope. This on top of great prices! Although her catalog is not as extensive as a Burpee or Parks, her service is great.
