I ordered a bunch of herbs from them, and I wish I hadn't. The plants they sent me were tiny, and some of them looked as if they'd been cruelly hacked up just to fit them all into one small box. Needless to say, several of them died just a few days after I received them, no matter how hard I tried to keep them. On top of that the order just took a long time to get to me. I will probably never use this company again because I'd rather not wait for the mail to deliver more debris for my compost heap.

"I wish NickiK had let us know that she wasn't happy at the time she received the plants. We usually replace or refund orders without a hassle, as can be seen elsewhere on this page. I can't comment on the "delay" without knowing where Nicki lives and when she placed her order. We ship strictly according to the USDA Last Frost Date and Zone maps, and we do not ship to a lot of places in the US before April 1. Probably half of our customers do not understand these maps even when they are looking at them, and want their plants right now, even though it might be a month before the last frost date. Sorry, Nicki! Gene Gage (Papa Geno)"
