The owner said that the package had been sent and was not willing to send the tracking information or resend the seeds. Since the purchase did not include the insurance and by the time I thought to call the credit company, three months had already passed. (I waited for three months because I thought the package would take a longer period of time to travel from Canada to California, and also because the agricultural sanitation would take two more weeks.)
