We bought a 12x20 triple wall polycarbonate greenhouse kit from Charley's. We chose to take delivery at the manufacturing plant to save shipping charges. Everything was crated and strapped, parts in the crates were wrapped in protective material and taped together, everything was labeled, instructions were easy to understand, there was even a video of assembly techniques. The peices fit together easily and we had no problems. We have bought supplies from them since putting up the greenhouse and have had prompt service every time. The employees are polite, knowledgable and helpful. The retail store is a delight!

Excellent customer service!and this was on a Saturday! Received a drip hose without the drippers and they were replaced within days with a nice hand written note.Would order from them again.
I think they're great for all the planting/seed starting/tool necessities. Cheaper for labels than just about anybody. Ship quick. Very honest and friendly. I've ordered from them several times!

I ordered a greenhouse from them several years ago. Shipment was prompt and the finished product has been better than expected. The assembly instructions were somewhat vague about several points but a call to the helpful customer service department solved the problem. I am very satisfied with their product and service and definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a home greenhouse.
Ordered a greenhouse and never called before delivery, it just showed up, damaged. It took another 10 days to get replacement parts and they were not taped on top. I was told the tape would be sent and I would receive it the next day and I called 3 days later, was told they just shipped it. All they can say is "they are sorry". They do not bend over backwards for customer service problems. They do not value customers. I will shop elsewhere.
Found many useful items in their catalog online and my first order was very fast in shipping and was completely correct. The prices were reasonable and I plan on ordering from them in the future. Loved the umbrella frost protectors, like mini greenhouses and not expensive at all, plus they did the job very well during our first big freeze of the year. One of my tropical hibiscus that I tryed on of these out on didn't even lose a leaf in 25 degree weather!
I found everything that I needed to begin my daylily seedlings... the phone service was quite helpful and the delivery was within mere days (without an additional charge~ just standard shipping)
I was pleased with both the selection and service... and I WILL be doing business with them again.
I ordered seed-starting supplies from Charley's Greenhouse and Garden Supply. All of the merchandise arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend this company.
They have a terrific selection of hobby greenhouse kits (which I have not tried to order yet) and a wide variety of professional equipment -soil sterilizers, misting equipment, foggers, etc.- which is often hard for the amateur to find. I have ordered from them three times in the past two years and plan to do so again. They are friendly folks to deal with and their prices on most items are very good.
Has a wonderful selection of greenhouse supplies weather your building a greenhouse or already have one. I ordered serveral things when I was building my greenhouse and found the best prices here for the things I needed.Delivery was really fast which was great since the things I ordered I needed in a hurry. Will gladly order from them again.
