My wife & I ordered a Meyer Lemon and a Kaffir Lime tree. These trees arrived in medium health but have survived a year. My disappointment was with the appearance of the trees. They both apparently had been recently used for propigation cuttings and were devoid of any branches whatsoever on one side of the trees and stubbely pruned branches on the other side. These trees will take 5-10 years to recover. A discussion with Calvin Nicholson was very disappointing. No concern for the customer there. These trees should not have been sold till they were presentable.

"At Acorn Springs Farms, our number one goal is customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, not all unsatisfied customers afford us the opportunity to correct a situation. -- We use budwood only from certified parent trees, not our nursery stock. And we do not root cuttings of Improved Meyer Lemon or Kaffir Lime (we only propagate them by the grafting method). We guarantee that trees arrive healthy and true-to-name. Any customer who is unsatisfied or concerned with a purchase is invited to call us toll-free for a quick and courteous resolution. -- It should also be noted that, while he was a valuable asset to our small company, Mr. Nicholson has not been employed with us for almost one year from the (Feb 16, 2005) date of this customer's complaint. But there are several others who have the ability to resolve customer concerns. "

I tried to order something off their web site. There must be something wrong with the programming because it kept giving me an error that the billing information didn't match the address on the credit card. I must have entered it 15 times - trying to use slight variations of my address each time. What a horrible, unintuitive web site. I'd never go there again.
