Had the attitude that the customer is always wrong. Sent the wrong seeds in the packet and tried to tell me this didn't happen.
Didn't apologize for the time I wasted starting the seeds, transplanting only to find out it wasn't the right plant. Felt sending a new seed packet in the middle of summer when it is too late to start new seeds solved the problem - I wouldn't trust the right seeds were in the packet the second time around.
