I have dealt with Ecom in the past with no issues. However, I placed an order in June for 26 PTouch tapes. The order was immediately charged to my credit card in full. To date, I have received 15 of the 26. I received one call from the Owner Larry who promised I would have my remaining tapes by August 31. Well, here we are in Jan of 2013 and I still never received my remaining tapes. I've left messages, sent emails, etc. and absolutely no response. I think this is a poor way to do business, especially with a customer who has done lots of business with you in the past. I recommend you find another company who values and supports their customers!
We have purchased specialty product positively in the past due to competitive pricing. However, last 3 times we have ordered we have had problems getting product in timely manner, despite being told on previous order that inventory problems had been resolved. Our email status requests go unanswered, and when we finally call, it sounds as though Larry is busy and just promises whatever is needed to end phone call.
