Sorry for the delay. I thought we had updated all the back ordered customers, sorry if we missed you somehow. It's a bit of a long story. the Clif's notes version: We moved recently and 3 days in the back of a hot, uninsulated truck does not make happy mother plants. A new shipment of plants from Mexico got held up by customs, a language barrier and a confused importer who planted them outside in Texas instead of just sending them on to us makes even less happy plants. We will be sending some tomorrow and, depending on how the rooting goes some more the following week. We're just going oldest to newest and... yours should be in this next shipment tomorrow.

My original order was some time in April, and it never arrived. They re-shipped it (and I'm betting that they lost money doing so, having to ship my $50 worth of merchandice twice, so I can't bring myself to make this a negative review) on May 5th. I gave up on waiting for it, went on vacation, and was told by people back at home that it finally came.
Initially, I was more than pleased with the speedy replies and how helpful their customer service was.
In the long run, while I am disappointed with the speed, I'm sure I'll be pleased with the quality once I return from vacation. If not, I'll come back and change it to negative. Otherwise, my review will stay neutral. Assume I enjoyed it. :)

The post office doesn't do true "tracking". It's a "delivery confirmation" number instead. It only shows when it's delivered or they've attempted delivery at least. Until that happens they won't show any information, generally. But it is on its way and should be there in the next day or so. Sorry for any confusion.

I ordered a toad and though it took a couple weeks to ship my new frend arrived in good condition if a bit cold. It was cold here and BBB shipped my buddy with a heat pack and a BBB tshirt which I will wash and give back to my reptiilan friend. The toad arrived alive and healthly if a bit small. He appears to be a juvinile and I wiill need to wait a while for him to grow to adult stature. I have placed a second order with this company and will report back when the new order arrives. Though i would have preferred a more mature toad, I am satisfied my new buddy will enjoy his new terranium for several more years.

I ordered some Cacti and they shipped immediately. They arrived promptly. They were buy 2 get 1 free on sale so it's hard to complain that one of the 3 was ever so slightly short and not rooted, but they replied to my email complaint immediately and offered to make it right now or at my next order. I'm still waiting for my Bufo, but tracking confirms it has been shipped and I'm confident it will arrive promptly (wouldn't want it sitting in a warehouse over the weekend so I'm glad they waited to ship it). It has been a pleasure doing business with them and I look forward to doing more!
As a new customer, I recently placed an order with BBB (on 10/26/08) for 2 of their ethnobotanical products (1oz. Dream Herb & 1oz. Salvia Foliage). I received an email confirming my order that same day, and everything appeared to be going smoothly. Then - on 10/27/08 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, and thus, I was satisfied with the ordering process so far, as I anxiously awaited for my order.
On 10/29/08 A discreet package arrived on my doorstep. "Wow, Fast shipping!" I thought to myself. However, upon opening the box I discovered that my Salvia was missing and is apparently being shipped separately? I checked the website to see as to why this is, but found no information regarding this matter.
The box I received only contained half of my order, and so at this point, I am only half-satisfied. It would have been nice if they had explained that on the website (or in the confirmation/shipping email) so that I would have expected the separate package prior to ordering. I shall update this comment to positive as soon as I receive the remainder of my order...

Kansas made Salvia illegal, so we had to move the Salvia portion of the company to Nebraska. Both packages ship the same day generally and usually arrive within 1 day of eachother, if not the same day.

I have placed several orders with BBB and with the exception of a Post Office screw up (which they took care of quickly even though it wasn't their responsibility) I have always received great products in quick time. In fact I ordered a plant that was marked 2-4 weeks before shipping and it arrive two DAYS later. They have made a return customer out of me.
I placed an order with Bouncing Bear Botanicals on August 13, 2008, the 2nd time ordering with them(first time was small order, received in 8 days), and have yet to receive anything. I e-mailed them after 12 days and got a reply from Jon saying that i must wait 2-3 weeks. It is now 09.09.2008. I've e-mailed them 2 more times and no response. My First order with Bouncing Bear Went Smooth, It arrived within 4-5 days. However I placed an order on Tuesday 13 May, 2008 and still like the last poster I have not recieved any items or tracking numbers. I attempted to call and leave a message and then went to email Bouncing bear botannicals, still I have not recieved any response, but my credit card was charged.
I understand that on the 1'st of May Salvia was illegal in Kanasas and so they had to setup at another location. However they should still contact the customer and let them know what is going on, or return a call within 2-3 Buisness days. At this point I will wait and give it a few more days to hear from them, their items are of quality just wish they stayed more in touch with their customers.

The hold up was that Kansas made Salvia illegal on the 1st without warning, so we had to set up a new shipping facility in Nebraska. You should have it in the next couple days, though. Sorry for any trouble.
I have orderes from Bouncing Bear Botanicals on Numberous occasions. All of the orders were processed and I recieved them within a few days (2 days one time!). Every product I have ordered has been of the highest quality and their customer service is incredable. I love this company and will praise them for a job well done.

The only negative feedback I've had in the last year were for car parts that I accidently misidentified the color of.

If we do, we can't guarantee they get through customs. It's sent at the customer's risk. Ben (at BP) knew that. And then your order was stopped and we STILL went ahead and sent extra, cause I don't want to see anybody lose out on an order--which was also apparently stopped anyway. All this and we never got any money from your order. BP Botanicals owes me about $5,000, which is why I don't drop ship for him anymore. : ) I'm sorry you got caught up with Ben.
