I wasn't saying that a virus WAS what happened just that that happened to another customer of ours that thought we had stolen their credit card. We've been in business over 11 years and had over 100,000 customers. We wouldn't risk messing that up for $85 in Reeboks. I have it set up so neither any of my employees or even I can access the full credit card information just to be absolutely certain there isn't an issue. I'm sorry you had an issue, but there are many ways that it could have been stolen.
Actually... You can call the company that sold the Reeboks and ask who/where that order was going to. If it was going to Kansas (where we are), let me know. If it was going somewhere else, you know the source is different. Please update and let me know.
I ordered some amanita muscaria from a different site run by the same people called herbalfire.com. Same mailing address and everything. On the site it did say after 5 days that it was shipped as promised, but no email was ever sent to me about tracking it through usps, I cannot get ahold of anyone at the shop even though i have left a message, and it has been 2 weeks since I ordered the package. I know it doesnt take that long to ship from kansas to ontario. order number 13827. Is it actually coming?

They are their own company, though, and didn't forward me any e-mails from you that I have seen. 2 weeks is about average for First Class Mail, which was chosen for that order and it can take up to 3 weeks. My job pays me primarily in cash, so I do not use a debit card in my day to day activities. I only use plastic to purchase things online, of which I do little. Recently, my card number had been stolen, and a number of high value purchases had been made internationally. The only places I used my card in the last few months were Bouncing Bear Botanicals.com, and another site that BBB recommended - Botanical Spirit Shop. Seeing that another comment here showed Identity Theft issues when using BBB, I thought people should know that others are having questionable experiences with BBB's business ethics before you decide to shop with them.

Bought 50 San Pedro seeds. ZERO out of fifty sprouted after three weeks. Bought 30 from a source on eBay and now have 20 cactii growing. It was not anything with my soil because I used the same exact methods for both seeds and later just through in different plant seeds in the failed pots and they are growing plants as well. Will not buy from again.

Sorry for any trouble. I wouldn't jeapordize my business to sell some credit card numbers. Even if it wasn't an issue with my business, I wouldn't ethically do that. For added security we don't even store credit card information at all. It is sent 128 bit SSL Encrypted straight to the card processor. Even in the credit card reports with the card processor, we can only see the last 4 digits of the credit card.
I apologize for any inconvenience if there was some connection with our site, but it was definitely not me or any of my employees that would have done or been able to do anything with your or anyone else's credit card numbers. For added security, I have changed credit card processors, server passwords, database directories, database and e-mail passwords, ensured all firewalls are up and running on all business computers (they were), installed IP tracking of all persons accessing the server (so I have been able to confirm the only computers going in are company computers) etc. etc. Those wouldn't really effect anybody's ability to access the credit card information (since there isn't a way to access credit card information I'm aware of), but I am doing all I can to ensure our customer's safety and security. If you (or anybody else) have any other suggestions, I would gladly do those as well.

I was sent a confirmation email on January 11th with the tracking number of my shipment. As of February 1 I have yet to receive my package. I have sent multiple emails with no reply. My last email was asking for a refund because of the very poor customer service. And I haven't recieved a reply from that email either.

It's been 21 days and counting since I first placed my order. It should not take this long!

Its been over 14 days since I placed my order. The tracking number is a complete joke and reads "electronic shipping info received" on December 30, haven't received it yet. A different package from Europe arrived already and the order was placed on the same day. First Class Mail takes 3 days to get across the country, this is ridiculous, its been over 2 weeks. Called and was told to "wait until monday" I don't think anything is coming.

i ordered syrian rue, 56g mimosa hostilis inner root bark, 10 hawian baby woodrose seeds. i was happy to see that the package was at my house within 2-3- days. when i opened the package the first thing i examined was the seeds. some were crushed (the seeds are hard to break so i dont consider it shipping damage) and it looked like a few different types of seeds unless some where just deformed. some didnt have the fuzz that the seeds are supposed to have and others had a little bit on it... i weighed out the bark on my personal digital scale and it came out to 55g's (isnt much less but wasnt 56g's). and not all of the bark was inner root bark as advertised (had outer bark also attached on some of the pieces). the syrian rue seeds however seamed to be in good condition. i didnt weigh it on the scale due to the fact that it seamed like it would make a mess. I woud also like to note this was my first time ordering from them.. would like to hear something about this as soon as possible- email@example.com

We clean most of the fuzz from the HBW seeds prior to shipping. The fuzz can be poisonous if your dog or something somehow ate them.
There should have been extra Mimosa--we always go over a bit on everything--so that's unusual. Being so close in weight, I wouldn't really want to reship that, if that's alright. If you'll be making any future orders, just make a note of it and we'll send some extra for the trouble. That cool?
I accidentley ordered salvia from VA and its illegal here. They sent a email that said its illegal and asked if i wanted a refund. Then they sent an email that said it had been shipped. I asked for a refund if they didnt send it, and didnt get any reply.

We shipped it on Monday Express Mail but the post office employee was evidently anxious to get out early for the holiday (Veteran's Day) and then stuck it in a corner where it wasn't noticed again until Thursday. We did send it on Monday, though, the same day the order was placed.
The Express shipping cost was refunded even though we can't get a refund for our shipping costs from the PO mistake. Sorry for the trouble.

I placed an order with Bouncing Bear Botanicals on April 27, 2008, the first time ordering with them, and have yet to receive anything. I e-mailed them after 10 days and got a reply from Jon saying that he would check in to it. It is now a month later, I've e-mailed them 2 more times and no response.
