Hydrostackers work and are easy to set up!
You can buy the automatic setup - timer, pump, tubing..., or you can go to your nearest hardware store and get them there for cheaper.
The stackers come with a generic nutrient (secret sauce) mix, but you can also buy a variety of nutrient solutions at your local hydroponic store for about the same price and with more choices, as well as organic solutions that may contain micronutrients, etc. that may be lacking in the 'secret sauce.'
