The people who run this company are not the best at running a business. From their website, I tried to contact them three times to get information about placing an order over a 6 week period. I tried calling them 6-8 times to place an order after the initial 6 weeks. The answering machine said to give a phone number and they would call back. They never did. Finally I mailed my order in and gave Credit Card information. I never received any confirmation of my order and until last week when my credit card was billed there was no contact by the company. A friend who has ordered from them for years and recommended Evan's Plant Company, received his order last week. He ordered 200 cabbage. The plants appeared to have been thrown in the box but although dirty and a few broken, there were 295 plantable cabbage plants. I am still waiting for my order. If I do not hear from them this week , I will be changing my neutral to a negitive and contact my Credit Card.

I am maintaining the same neutral rating even though I did finally receive most of my order. My cabbage plants arrived this morning. The plants are huge and some are broken . I usually transplant my cabbage before they are this large. I hope they will not suffer too much transplant shock. I am pretty sure I ordered brocolli with this order and it did not arrive. I called Evans Plant Company and it was a miracle I actually got someone to answer my phone call. They said they would check my order later and if I had not ordered broccoli , they would add it to the next shipment next week. Also said they had run out of broccoli and had had to plant more.
This company needs much better customer service, on line ordering and to make order confirmations. I am not sure I will ever order from them again .
