When I ordered, the response time was a little lacking. The trees were high quality, although a few of them died over the winter, which was probably my fault during a drought. I have been emailing them to try to get replacements, and again the email response time is quite lacking, and the recordkeeping seems a little lackadaisical. on the other hand, so is mine. I couldn't find my original invoice.
After playing email tag with them for a little bit, I am now planning on going to another nursery to get my replacements.
