I have shopped their retail store on 56th Street twice. Both times I was given excellent attention. She took much time to educate me and showing off the plants and systems. I had done my research online, and was impressed with her knowledge and willingness to demonstrate the systems I was interested in. As for pricing, it's seems to be in line with the average.
