I first contacted Tuscumbia Iron Works (TIW's) on 8/22/07 and the Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. I ordered antique lamp posts, globes, and wiring on the following day. The posts were not in stock, therefore TIW's ordered them with an estimated minimum lead time of 6 - 8 weeks. We emailed each other occasionally for status/updates. I just received (10-29-07) the posts and associated accessories and everything is fine (exactly as we agreed to in the TIW's contract). TIW's had some delays due to weather, etc. I have been pleased with their professional and responsive service. I intend to do additional business with TIW's and recommend the company to my friends.
