They once again have in the Kratom 50X so I'm placing an order about once a week just to be sure I have it. I recently realized that their 10 grams goes a lot further than the Kratom King's 10 grams. I never realized that TKK was cheaper because I was actually getting less. Keep up the good honest work KTBotanicals. Your Kratom allows me to garden, cook, and play with my grandkids without too much pain. Thanks!!!

I am so impressed with their customer service, as a package lost in the mail is not their fault, yet they offered to ship out another order with no hesitation. Great people here, and I'm glad I now have two positive experiences with this company.
They even offered to throw in some free samples for me for my troubles. I'm so glad customer service like this still exists!

I am satisfied that the matter was cleared up as far as my questions about the order are concerned.
I was blown away that a post in a gardening forum got such quick attention, and am happy to get the matter settled as far as we could.
I cannot technically test the material to substantiate the quality of the material, but so far I have no reason to question KT botanicals from past experience.
similiar products from different companies, can differ,
that was the gist of the question I had to pose to them, not that the wrong material alltogether was sent, but that I had questions if a mistake in shipping was made and a related, but not exact product was shipped instead.
I dont think they made a mistake after all,
and only questioned the issue because I had problems getting ahold of them.
if you want to keep up with novel, up and coming ethnobotanicals, KT Botanicals is definitely on the cusp of the wave.
I only suggest to them, that they mention this website on their main page, in case of problems.
