The product I order is always great. The Kratom true full spectrum 50X is very effective. They have been out of it for about a month but I'm going to reorder it again to see if they have it back in stock. They've always had it when I order it except recently. They were great about refunding my money, since I couldn't tie up that money for an indefinite amount of time. I had to go to a competitor to get a less effective product. Hopefully, I'll get my order in a few days like I always do. Big thumbs up for KT Botanicals!!

First I will say that KT had a very nice selection of the seeds i was looking for. I placed an order for my seeds on Monday and by Friday they were in my mailbox. Ordered, processed , shipped and delivered in 5 days!!! Awsome! I needed to get my seeds going while it is still cooler outside and was extremely pleased with how quickly they arrived. 5 stars from me!
I've been ordering Bali from KTbotanicals for the last 2 yrs. or more because it has by far the best price for a large (longterm, infrequent) quantity. I'm surprised other people don't notice this unless they just buy other kinds besides Bali, or small, uneconomical quantites, or extracts (IMO those could be unhealthy and are a poor value). Anyway, the quality is at least as good as the Bali I used to get from other vendors, or has been since they got the powder fine enough like it is now. Thank goodness the quality of this herb is more consistent than most other herbs, eg. green tea or coffee! In the beginning of this couple years there was one time they hadn't mailed a package, but after that it was always on time. Their no-nonsense way of referring people to an FAQ to discourage questions that they have already answered has won my respect... because to my chagrin my question WAS in the FAQ. Yet they have been there for the other type of question--have not been fly-by-night.
By the way I would hate it if they went to UPS--the last thing anyone who does a lot of mail ordering needs is for USPS to be driven out of business so all mail order shipping will be privatized and between Fedex and UPS they'll have us where they want us and it'll cost nigh on $20 bucks to order a single item. You who have more money than patience, please don't put the rest of us in this situation, as USPS does have tracking if you go to the right site.

I have ordered from KTBotanicals twice now, and first off I must say they have a great selection of products, offered at great prices.
My first experience with them was great, my order took about 3-4 days to process, and once it was marked as "shipped", it arrived on my door step 3 days later.
My most recent order has not gone nearly as smoothly. I placed my order on 03/05/13, expecting to wait a few days before it shipped out and processed. To my surprise, it was shipped out that very same day! Awesome, right?!
After 2 weeks, I still have not received the order. I patiently waited the 10 business day waiting period before contacting the company directly. That was several days ago, and still nothing.
It's now been 17 days since I placed my order, and 17 days since my CC has been charged. I've received NO emails back from the company, absolutely no communication, and this is an order totaling close to $200. I paid almost $20 for shipping, which seems incredibly steep for shipping that takes 12+ business days.
I am trying to patiently wait for either a response from the company or the package in the mail, but at this point I'm starting to feel like neither may happen. I hope this can be resolved so I can change this review to a positive one, as before this incident, my review would have been 100% positive.

03/26 Kacey @ KT Botanicals contacted me and informed me that my order was essentially MIA in the mail, and it was something that happened on rare occasion. She apologized for the frustration and inconvenience and offered me a refund or to re-ship my order, no questions asked.
I am so impressed with their customer service, as a package lost in the mail is not their fault, yet they offered to ship out another order with no hesitation. Great people here, and I'm glad I now have two positive experiences with this company.
They even offered to throw in some free samples for me for my troubles. I'm so glad customer service like this still exists!
I love KT Botanicals. I just wanted to put that right up front. I have ordered at least 20 times from them so this review isn't based on a couple of experiences.
Not only do they have the best selection of botanicals, they also have great customer service. And they've really stepped up their game in the last year. When I first ordered 2 years ago it would take 10 days at a minimum to get my order here in Virginia. Now it routinely only takes 3 days from the time I order to get my package. On the occasion that there are issues with the order they quickly let me know if something is out of stock or delayed. They are very quick to respond to inquiries and are more than happy to substitute for the item that's out of stock.
I am very happy with the quality of their inventory and service and do not hesitate to refer my friends.

Now my one major complaint came with ordering there 50x full spectrum kratom..1st of all its amazing, but the problem lies in there packing.. I really thought it would come in a small 1-5 gram baggy, but it actually came in there 1 ounce bag, that really can hold probably 3... So 1 gram smashed in this over sized baggy causes it all to stick to the sides and the seeminly only way to get it all out.. is to pour your preferred drink into the bag then dump it into a cup. I would be happy to see this product come in a smaller bag or some kinda vile or whatever.
In conclusion if you have any reservation's about ordering from this place, don't... They are amazing.. go order now..I mean it.. go. :)

Hi I placed an order with KT Botanicals on Wed. 9-5-12, and it is now Sat. 9-8-12. My order number # 25554 has been billed in my bank account, it is not pending it is billed. Here is what is making me nervous. In the past I have received shipping information from them within a day or two so all my previous experiences have been extremely positive. However, This is now day 4 and all I have received is the order notification that always goes to my email. My account still only says processing, but I have already paid the full amount of $145.95. I know their FAQ says to wait atleast 1-3 days for shipping, but I have to admit I am a little on edge with concern that my order may have been overlooked, missed, or is on back order and I was not made aware of the items being back-ordered. I am hoping this just means my order will ship Mon. 9-10-12, if that happens I will immediately come back to Daves gardens and post a glowing positive review; however, I plan on spending $300-$500+ on my next order with them, but I need to know I can rely on KT to be reliable at shipping in a timely manner. Again my previous order came in record time, and I am just hoping this order will do the same so I can trust making future orders, So if KT immediately addresses this issue Mon. 9-10-12 I will change my review to glowing and positive.

I have ordered from this company many times over the past year or so. Their products are better in quality and are cheaper than their competitors, which is why I have been a loyal customer to them for a long time. They also post on several forums related to what they sell and they offer great advice and really know what they are talking about.
On a past order they accidently mixed up one of the items with another and after I notified them they sent it out the next day free. They return emails and calls very fast. They really do care about thier customers.
There is just one issue that they need to work on.
Their shipping time is rediculous. Sometimes it's very fast, actually the last two orders were sent out the day after I ordered them, which was great. This time around I ordered on saturday. It is thursday and the tracking information still just shows electronic notificaiton. In the past it has taken longer to recieve my package (during the holidays which is understandable).
I love KTBotanicals, but they really need to work on turnaround times.
They should be shipping out everyday, but it really doesn't seem like this is the case.
Also I have ordered a product in the past to find out that it's actually out of stock (happened twice). The first time they sent it out when they recieved thier shipment (Took about a week and a half), the second time they gave me a refund but I was not notified that it was out of stock until my package arrived. On the reciept it said that that item was out of stock and I had been given a refund. I'm actually really surprised this happened and I fully believe that it was a fluke and it just fell through the cracks, because they are usually really good about catching things like this.
I highly recommend this company, but be aware that they are not consistent with turnaround times.

i have made orders with this company for well over a year, probably 2. i have never had trouble receiving orders, or with their contents. recently i received an item that i thought was under par, not that the item was useless just not up to the standards ive come to expect.
so i emailed and complained. I asked that they look into the problem to prevent a repeat on my next order. the next day i received an email acknowledging the trouble, and the tracking information for another of the item i ordered. this is not something i expected or asked for.
this makes me question the reviews floating around claiming bad customer service. this company is a+ all around.
Now that the holiday chaos is over, I have time to write about my first experience with KT Botanicals. I had been researching various ethnobotanical sites, and what drew me to KTB was their extensive selection of products, and that their prices, when compared to the other companies I was considering buying from, were unbeatable. So, I decided to place an order with them. I thoroughly read the FAQ page, then I ordered several products.
I did some further research on the company, and found this forum. I bookmarked it for reference, and after reading some of the other posts, I concluded that it might take awhile for my order to arrive. But, based on what I read, I was confident that the company would work with me to resolve any problems, should one occur. I also realized from reading the FAQ page that since my order was a fairly large one (13 items), and considering that it was just getting into the height of the holiday shipping season, that there would be delays, and that my order would probably take longer than usual to process.
My order was placed on December 13th. I received my shipping notification/tracking number on the 15th. Again, from reading other posts on this forum, I realized that the order had not actually shipped. Being a rational and patient person, I concluded that I might receive the package sometime between the Christmas and New Years holidays. I followed the advice from one of the posts, and did a "cut and paste" of the tracking number to the USPS site. I agree with the other post that the stamps.com site doesn't get updated as often. My package was shipped on the 21st, and I received it on the 24th, just in time for the holidays.
I was initially concerned when I received the package with a small hole in it (compliments of a USPS employee, I'm sure). A couple of the products I had ordered were in small quantities, and I feared that they could have fallen out of the box. Fortunately, due to the secure packing done at KTB, all products were present and accounted for. Taking into account the afore-mentioned factors (large order and holiday shipping season), along with adding in non-business days, I feel this transaction was a reasonably timely one, and I am overall happy with it.
I do have one issue, but it is a minor one. I had ordered 14 grams of Pedicularis Bracteosa (the site has it spelled "braceteosa") BUDS ONLY. But the bag I received is foliage. Like I said, it is a minor issue, but I was looking forward to seeing the Bracteosa buds in all their green glory. I did email KTB regarding this issue last week, but I did not hear back from them. It is possible that my email went to their spam folder. So, I am mentioning it in this post, just so they are aware of it. The order number is 21510, placed on December 13th.
Due to this minor error, I can't give them a perfect 5 star rating, but they are definitely worthy of a 4.9 rating. I am overall pleased with my first experience with KTB, and even though it will be awhile, I will definitely order from them again.

Hello, there was a problem with my order that was not Ktbotanicals.com fault at all. The box had seemingly been punctured during shipping and contained a large hole in the center, causing the most valuable item of my order to fall out during the transit of my package.
I sent kt an email telling him about this issue, and within 24 hours, i received a call from kt himself, and he was nothing but kind and understanding, and although i felt bad about my order, he offered so much customer care that it seems he cared just as much! he offered me an account discount code for my problems and more.
I know when i order with Ktbotanicals.com no matter what, he will make things right because he really cares about his products and his customers.
He is knowledgeable and kind, and eager to help and resolve any issue. He even offered a funny and enlightening comment that made me laugh. Definitely a kind and honest spirit who you can trust.

I am very impressed with the extensive range of products offered by KT Botanicals. After quite a bit of comparative research, I have found the prices to be lower than, or on par with, other high quality vendors. Compared with a few others, I would say that shipping speeds have been moderately fast. My last order arrived 3 days after placing it. I have placed other orders which seemed to ship out about 3 days after placing them, and taken a little over a week to arrive. I feel that this is excellent turnaround time, as I remember the days of mail-order when we were trained to "expect four to six weeks" for deliveries.
The products which I have received from KT Botanicals have all been well-packaged and of the highest quality. The FAQ is exhaustive, yet written in a manner that keeps it far from exhausting to read. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by KT Botanicals and the timeliness in which they have answered my few inquiries.
They have my highest recommendation, and I look forward to future business with them.

Hello, that a long time i handle some botanicals, and i love kratom. I see many store on the web, for me KTB is by far the best place to acquire rare botanicals with amazing quality.
Wen i have test their kratom (UEI) and their (true full spectrum kratom) whaou, i was surprised, now KTB is my only place to order kratom and botanicals.
Their have fast shiping for normal order.

I am trying to get ahold of KT botanicals.
recently I had a problem with an order I made from KT botanicals.
it was a moderate sized order, that was actually being sent to another company who hired me to find some less common products they needed.
we had a question about a mistake I think was made with one of the products.
but for around a month, neither I, nor the company I was contracted by, has been able to get an answer from them.
I am hesitant to make a negative post about this company, because I have done business with them before, and generally think that Tyler and his company, are one of the best companies around for the products he offers.
every time I have placed an order in the past, that a mistake was made, or a product was out of stock, the company has made good on fixing the problem
I am hoping this message can get noticed, as I really dont want to leave negative comments, unless all other resources have been unsuccessful.
In the recent past, some family emergencys kept Kt Botanicals from quickly answering emails and such. so I am also hoping that this has been a misunderstanding, rather than any deliberate, or ignorant actions, and really hope that there has not been some tragedy that has taken Kt's ability to respond away.
if so, we can sit tight and understand that even online, life and its problems happen, many times, beyond the control of anyone, even a "company owner"

that was the gist of the question I had to pose to them, not that the wrong material alltogether was sent, but that I had questions if a mistake in shipping was made and a related, but not exact product was shipped instead.
I dont think they made a mistake after all,
and only questioned the issue because I had problems getting ahold of them.
if you want to keep up with novel, up and coming ethnobotanicals, KT Botanicals is definitely on the cusp of the wave.
I only suggest to them, that they mention this website on their main page, in case of problems.

I ordered $138 of goods on Sept 12th. The order said processing for 3 days, then switched to billed, then shipped. I was sent an email stating that the heimia I ordered was out of stock, and the hops would ship monday. I was told I was refunded the price of the hemia. I told them that if they wanted that they could throw in 4 oz of damiana that was cheaper, and not worry about the price difference. I got a reply today that I had already been refunded, and that I could make a donation and they would throw in the damiana with the hops shipment. My credit card shows no transactions from them besides the intital order, and the shipping status from the tracking number shows that the electronic notification for pickup was issued, but shows no pickup. I have also heard nothing about the hops shipping today (Monday).
I HAVE gotten emails back, so I cant say they dont get back to me, but everything points to the fact that my order hasnt even been shipped out yet. I have customers getting antsy about their orders (with good cause).
I am not putting a negative or positive at this time, just hoping that everything works out soon, so I can work with them further in the future.

Travis called me personally tonight and said that he had made sure the order shipped and included the damiana for free. I checked my credit card and the refund for the Heimia DID go through. He said the Hops were shipping as well, have not seen a shipping update yet.
So far I am impressed with the way Travis handled everything, the shipping snafu still burns a bit, but he said everything was going out airmail and the order should be here in a day or two.
I will change this to a positive based on the contact from Travis and the fact that he threw in the Damiana for free, and did refund me for the Heimia.
He also told me their last shipment of heimia was piss poor quality that they could not pass on to their customers. I appreciate him not sending me garbage. Hopefully the rest of the order is held to this sort of standard.On September 21st, 2011, Nocturnalis added the following:

I am still waiting on the hops, but I tell you this much, Travis calling personally and being helpful and throwing in the 4 oz of damiana for free completely makes up for the extra wait for the hops.
I am not some paid dumbshit. I was getting PISSED. Now I am happy as hell. Nuff said.
Buy from these guys. If it seems like something is off kilter... email, call, do your part and it WILL be made BETTER than right. Seriously.
These guys are great! My first order with them was something sent in error, but when I emailed them about it, they sent out the correct order really fast & even sent something extra to make up for my inconvenience. They are very friendly & professional, & I will be using them on a regular basis.

Well, they took 20 bucks from me. I ordered an herb and never received it. I left 2 email inquiries without recieving any type of response. It's been several weeks since ordering, so im either robbed or perhaps I can dispute the charge with my bank.

I ordered some product, and a couple days later I received an e-mail that explained the product was out of stock and will be shipped when they get it in stock, I got another e-mail stating it has been shipped a week later, with out a tracking number. I sent multiple e-mails and phone messages for a tracking number I placed my order june 16... it has been 44 days , WITHOUT A SIMPLE REPLY and no package. They have utterly horrible customer service and I do not recommend KT Botanical to anyone, I feel as if I have been ripped off and treated like a piece of [deleted]. thanks guys for wasting my time and money.

I placed a better than $330 order (#19068) on 08-07-2011, on 08-08-2011 I received an email stating the order had been shipped. It is now 08-19-2011 and USPS still has not indicated they have received the package from the shipper ( KT Botanicals LLC). I have sent multiple requests pertaining to the whereabouts of this order and the only response I have received from Tyler at KTBotanicals.com was that "I know this package has left" and "will be taking a closer look". A reputable website doesn't use a site listed email to conduct business transactions as spammers use spiders to crawl the web and search for emails meaning that KTBotanicals@aol.com ( a free email address) must be constantly swamped with spam. Most reputable web sites will use an email address like firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
I believe this thread was started by operators of KT Botanicals. If you google KTBotanicals,
"The Scoop on KT Botanicals" is listed as the 2nd web site. It does NOT say "The Scoop on KTBotanicals.com" Meaning that who ever started this thread knew that "KT" should be separate from "Botanicals", now most anybody who wanted to start a reputation thread on a web site or a company would most definitely use the name for which they are the most popular (KTbotanicals.com) not the registered business name (KT Botanicals) KTBotanicals is active on many numerous forums which doesnt sit well with me. Also these 1 review posters are too numerous and sound way over hyped for your average Kratom purchase.
I am a Top Rated Power Seller on a popular site meaning that I have 100% positive feedback AND I'm a power seller. I have a USPS account and ship many items on a daily basis using the same 2-3 day priority shipping that KT Botanicals stated it used for my shipment and I NEVER have EVER had ANY kind of problems with USPS taking 12 days to indicate receipt of a package that I had shipped through them. Quite the opposite, they nearly ALWAYS indicate receipt within 24 hours usually much less than that. These people seem to be quite dishonest as on their website it doesn't list any products as OUT OF STOCK, yet if you read the FAQ it states that if it is then it may take an even more considerable amount of time to receive your order. If this is the case then the items should be marked as OUT OF STOCK on the site and claiming that a customer will receive their order in 2-10 business days is a FLAT OUT LIE. Also this company has among the WORST customer service I have experienced in 15 years of internet purchases. I would NEVER EVER EVER choose to do business with a company like this ever again. I have requested a refund but have been ignored probably due to the fact that firstname.lastname@example.org probably get 200 or better spam emails everyday.

I have placed a couple orders with Ktbotanicals and both times I've been impressed with shipping speeds and quality of the specimens. I will certainly be ordering again.
Most impressive was the response time with their customer service. I was kinda curious about not receiving a order confirmation or tracking number. So I checked my account info and sure enough it was a user error, haha. By the time I sent the first email and finished fixing my account info, Travis had already emailed me the tracking number! Also my package was already at my PO! Much faster customer service than I'm used to and much faster shipping!
I've ordered from this company multiple times and every time it's been a positive experience. Their Bali Kratom is always potent and I wouldn't drea
of ordering it anywhere else. I've purchased Mulungu, Lady's Slipper, Kanna, Piracetam, and Ephedra and I've been pleased with each and every one of my purchases.
Shipping has never taken more than a week. I've noticed that the larger the package is, the longer it gets delayed. For example, a package containing 114g of Kratom and 100g of Piracetam took about 4 days to arrive on my doorstep while a package containing a pound of Mulungu took 6 days( ordered on Sunday, there on Saturday)
This company has made a loyal customer out of me with their great products, decent prices, quick shipping, and customer service( never takes more than 24 hours)

My experience so far with KT Botanicals has been very poor. On July 18 I placed an order for 3 items with a total value of $143.92 for which I received a confirmation email the same day. On July 19 I received an email from stamps.com saying "KT Botanicals has sent you a package" with a tracking number. In the meantime, my credit card was charged the full amount of the order, including the items that were not in stock, on July 18. Other online companies I have ordered from do not usually charge my credit card for items that are out of stock and only do so once the items are available to be shipped. I am hoping to get some results through this forum. Otherwise, I have no choice but to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
