I ordered an Echinacea off Ebay from Varnell's and it was shipped promptly, however upon arrival it was dry and packaged poorly so and had been tossed about in transit, it didn't look good but I planted it and it died soon after. Upon notification of this I was sent a second plant which was nice looking but again the packaging (although better than the first shipment) was still poor and the many stems some with blooms had been broken from the plant being too big for the box. Again I went ahead and planted it but again it is near its death. At this point I will just concede defeat on it and just leave my rating as nuetral.
