This company is a nightmare from the get go. I ordered online, only to find out that the price was 25% more than what was originally charged to my credit card.
I immediately contacted the company and it took them a week to issue half of the refund that they owed me. They never even replied to my email or concerns, they just refunded a random amount that was about half of what I was overcharged. I sent a second email that was also never replied to.
When I received the chicks there were 50 healthy babies, as promised. However, there were no free chicks, which was part of the reason that I ordered from this hatchery.
This time, I contacted them by phone. The lady on the other end was very helpful, and got the chicks in the mail to me, free of charge.
This only became negative, when I got up at 6 am this morning to go get a box of 25 ROOSTERS from the post office.
Don't be fooled by the offer of 25 free chicks, or their "bulk pricing"
This year, I wanted to try someone different than Murray McMurray. I sincerely regret it, and will not be making this mistake again next year.
