I can't say enough about my experience with PC. I have been going through fuschia withdrawl since moving to Ohio. I hated to buy hanging fuschias and watch them die every year. When I saw the PC site, I decided to jump in and ordered four plants. ( I received 5-a nice surprise!) Ordering was easy, shipping very reasonable, and the well-rooted little plants came with blossoms!
Unfortunately they also came on the day Ohio set a record for heat 98 and humidity 90%. I think they were in the mailbox about an hour. The box was hot to the touch and I had resigned myself to plant death-even though they came in 2 days! Not so!! Three of the fuschias were just a bit wilted-knew they could be revived. The other two looked pretty critical. I moved them into little pots, soaked them and wrote to PC for advice. She answered rapidly, and now, I have five little happy plants.
In addition PC took the time to answer my questions about over-wintering in my zone, and also directed me to a fuschia growers web-site with more info!
I could not be happier. Wonderful little plants, an incredible value, and personal service. Who could ask for more!! Five stars in my book!!!

Once again I ordered from Pedrick's and was triple A+++ impressed. Fast and extremely well packed in shipping. The plants are beautiful, healthy and many with blooms!! The range of cultivars she has is amazing, and allows me to experiment with fuschias (a favorite) here in Ohio. Communication once again was detailed and timely. After soaking my plants, I've potted them, and now, on the third day, they continue to look beautiful.
PC cares about her plants and her people. The extras are a very,very nice surprise.
This time, I also purchased a lavender wand and will be back for more. (Christmas!)The scent is unreal, and the handwork on the wand just beautifully done.

I learned about Pedricks Corner from a thread here at DG.
I have killed many Fuchsias over the years, but when I saw these and learned that they are a hardy, upright, sun loving Fuchsia, I decided to give them another try.
I was amazed at how quickly they arrived. They were shipped by Priority mail and I had them within 3 days of placing my order. Not months later like some other mail order companies do.
All the Fuchsias arrived healthy. They were shipped bare root. Most, while small, had a least one bloom on them. All had good root structures formed.
Pedericks Corner's customer service has been great, too. They took the time to answer my questions, give advice, and to explain a few things I was was curious about.
The price can't be beat, and right now Pedericks Corner is not charging for shipping and handling. Then there was that Free Gift!

I'm sure I will be a repeat customer as they offer so many different kinds of Fuchsias and are adding more varieties as well.
This has been the best experience I have EVER had with a mail order nursery.

My most recent order was sent out to me, recently. All of the fuchsia's were in good shape when they arrived, despite my DH not telling me they had arrived for 2 days. All were well rooted, and were planted the same day I found out they'd come. A couple of them were wilted when they came out of the box, due to shock.
I ordered young stock, with the exception of a couple of larger plants (which were on sale because the grower wanted to move the larger ones OUT). All have been planted in one gallon pots.
In addition to the ones I ordered, the seller also sent me several freebies. Which the seller did not need to do. But was none-the-less appreciated. : - )

The plants that I ordered were Queen's Tears. They came as if it was just pulled from the soil. The plants were fresh and very green. They traveled from CA. to NYC. in a matter of days with no ill effects. I had a few concerns regarding growing the plant indoors with a cat. All of my issues were addressed with fast customer service, so I am positive that I will order from Pedricks Corner again.

This is a great resource. I ordered on Fri, they shipped Sat, I received on Mon (from CA to TX). The plants arrived healthy and ready to plant!! I ask a lot of questions before placing my order and every one was answered promptly and every question was answered by a professional gardener and nursery owner. The only problem I had was controlling myself and not ordering one of every plant they had!!! :) I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking to add upright fuchsia's to their garden.

I just placed my first order for 12 plants and emailed Pedrick with a few questions. Her response was almost instantaneous! She's even shipping them out tomorrow and I placed my order after 4pm! OUTSTANDING!

I received the plants over a month ago and they are growing like weeds. Not one loss even though these plants were shipped across the country. If you want fuschias, buy from Pedrick's.
Great service - couldn't ask for anything better. Prompt response to order. Received beautiful plants in great condition. Will definitely order more in the future.

This was my first time ordering from a listing I saw on Dave's Garden-- and what a wonderful introduction! There were so many things I appreciated about Pedrick's Corner-- not least of which was that the listing actually included pictures of the Lanarth White hydrangeas that I was ordering-- so I could see for myself exactly what the plants looked like a week or two ago. The seller was extremely nice, very communicative, and did a fabulous job shipping the two hydrangeas to arrive exactly when she said they would and were covered with flower buds. Two months later, the hydrangeas are growing like hotcakes in my garden and starting to blossom-- loads of creamy white blossoms and glossy, green leaves. I'm looking forward to ordering more hydrangeas from Pedrick's Corner in the spring when I put in a new hydrangea bed!

This was my first experience with ordering from a Dave's Garden company, and I have to say that I was more than pleased. Shortly after I placed my order with Pedrick's Corner, the 2 lace cap hydrangeas I wanted arrived in mint condition on my doorstep -- the plants were still moist, of good size and very healthy looking. Catherine also enclosed a personalized note and small gift! I will definitely order from her again!
