When my first order got lost in the mail, they promised to fix it by adding 6 free plants and they did so. I think people need to understand this is a huge operation with a small family running it and with weather and the sensititivity of berry plants orders may not arrive on time. Overall, I was extremely satisified with my order...customer service leaves a bit to be desired. |
