Although my experience resulted in a canceled sale, I have had the best customer service experience with BocaBob. He even asked a SF Bay Area supplier if I could pick products up at the warehouse. (For me, products almost equaling shipping costs is just not feasible in this economic climate ~ which BocaBob completely understood).

The owner is an experienced gardener with experience with many different container growing systems. It is a new business catering specifically to container gardeners and I have recieved good advise from the owner concerning grow mixes and the different types of container growing systems he is experienced with.
I have been doing business with this company and would rate it an 11 on a 1-10 point average. The owner of this company ships out merchandise that is of excellent quality, and gets it to the customer the quickest and cheapest route possible. Not only that, the prices are very reasonable. I have contacted him and gotten emergency shipments right away. So; if you are looking for high quality at low prices this is the place to shop for your up to date merchandise.
