I ordered 3 plumeria plants on March 15 2013 and was told that the plants would be sent in early April after the spring frosts had finished. Several questions I had were responded to very quickly via email and in April emails asking when the plants would be sent were also answered promptly.
The last personal email I received was on April 23rd 2013 when I was told that the plants had been sent on April 22nd 2013. After waiting two weeks and not receiving any plants I sent an email to Plumeria2U which was not replied to. Since then I've been writing emails asking about my purchase and have received no replies.
On May 10th 2013 I received a computer generated email stating that my order had been updated to "dispatched" but no reply was made to my email asking when the plants had been sent, how many packages, if there was a tracking number etc. Of course, as expected, no reply was made to these emails or any other email I sent.
After 30 days from the "original" date of shipping (May 23rd 2013) I followed the advice of the Citizens Advice Bureau and formally asked Plumeria2U for a cancellation of my order and a refund. No reply was made to this email. Following this I contacted my bank who after a very quick investigation have charged the purchase back to the merchant's bank. I continue to receive the "sales" emails 1-2 times a week but have had no personal emails from the company or owner regarding my order.
I will NEVER purchase from this shop again and I strongly recommend NOT buying from this vendor. My experience with this vendor has been very disappointing and his treatment of me, very unprofessional.

I've ordered plants from all over the globe including UK, South Africa, China , Japan and Taiwan and many more! and this has taking the longest with the worst experience. I will not buy from this seller ever again. I was hoping this will be a good experience so I can give Stuart more business from myself as well as friends . Too bad!

I will be taking stock of David’s plants tomorrow and listing what is left on the site as I don’t think we will be importing any more this year as the whole process of importing from Venezuela is just a nightmare and the plants take around 10 weeks to arrive after shipping which mean they take a very very long time to recover.
He never sent the tracking number and has stopped answering emails.
As with others here, I strongly suggest you think twice before doing business with this man. Stuart, if you read this, I am still waiting for any kind of correspondence from you on this matter...

I also have a very bad experience with plumeria2u, 2012 September make two orders not yet received. Third was commissioned in November, also did not show up. The third got the money back through Pay Pal, but the two previous orders not because of late found myself. Both shipments were sent out in the 29th October, but the e-mail claims to send tracking numbers, then no reply is received and the countless e-mail I have not received any response.
I purchased Plumerias to the value of over £95 in September 2012. I have had nothing but empty promises and excuses since then despite sending several emails and telephoning. They do not reply and now the telephone number is no longer on their site. I can only warn others to avoid this company at all costs. I shall look into taking this further if I do not hear from the company in response to this. I understand from this site that there may have been personal problems, but this is not a reason not to at least respond and inform.

I DO NOT recommend to order from this company; especially when you live outside UK ... everything seemed to be ok at the beginning. The email responses to my questions were prompt and very helpful. I ordered a plant on may 31st and when it didn't arrive after 2 weeks and wrote to Stuart. He advised, it was shipped on June 6th and I should let him know in case I don't receive anything within a week... this was on June 14th and the last time I heard anything from him.
I sent several emails ... June 27th, July 3rd, 9th, 13th, 17th, 19th = no response; tried to call them = no response; tried to write on their web site = no response.
I haven't received any plant or explanation or anything yet!!!

I bought seeds a year ago and i received it with no problem. Then i bought a plant, that was much more expensive and it never arrived. I have sent them many e-mails with no results. At some point, this man named Stuart, told me that they already sent it months ago...but they were going to send it again with a tracking number. I have never received it...

I have bought several plants from this company. I was happy with the transactions until the last plumeria arrived in very poor state (black tips); I was offered a gift voucher for almost the price of the plant. I then bought an adenium using this voucher but it never arrived (a month now) despite the use of tracked next day delivery. I have send numerous emails to the company but have not heard back; my phone messages are not returned. I have no idea why their service has slipped so badly. Real shame. I am probably not going to receive the plant nor my money.....I don't recommend them.
