The ordered item should have taken 2-3 weeks to arrive (after paying, with 24 delivery shipment). It was delivered more than 4 months later.
Never got an email warning me of any delay or when the order was to be shipped.
Tried to contact the company's by phone 6 weeks after paying. Was always answered by voicemail. Tried and spent money for several other times leaving messages on the voicemail, NEVER got any feedback from the voicemails.
Contacted the company by email several times. Was only answered after marking the email urgent - almost 9 weeks after payment. The answers started by being very dismissive and un-polite, but soon became highly aggressive when a refund and cancelling of the order was requested.
I cannot underline this enough, the answers were very aggressive in tone.
I asked for a refund and cancelling of the order multiple times, even so the company ended not giving me the money back and sending the order almost 5 months after the initial order and payment.
Nobody needs this kind of interaction in their life.

Sent order for seeds, paid by paypal. contacted company after about 3 weeks. Told order delayed but would be sent. Checked about a month later as I still had received nothing. I was told it was mailed. I told them I should have received it by that time. They said nothing they could do but wait for it to be delivered or returned. ...now six months later... must wait for pkg to be delivered or returned. Today, offered to pay shipping again..WITH TRACKING. (which is something I think a reputable company might have suggested.) No... must wait for pkg to be delievered or returned.
Warning of ripoff!

"The costumer claims are completely false and unfair as we prove that the costumer address is in fact a PO BOX address with no other information. (we cannot be responsible for a false or incorrect address). Also we did not believe this order was not delivered. We send orders to all world and any order not delivered is returned to our warehouse. I repeat: EVERY order not delivered is returned to our warehouse. We consider this post to be offensive and even in bad faith as it does not reflect our best efforts to deliver this order as we do every day with thousands of orders. We also tried to resolve the problem with costumer although the costumer being very offensive and even rude.

Also we consider this forum does not verify the truth of the claims or even the authenticity of the user. In result, any person can post a defamatory post about any company present in DAVESGARDEN.

Also, DAVESGARDEN does not respected our request to remove our company from this site. We consider this an unauthorized use of this company name and information. And thus we will consider DAVESGARDEN responsible for."
