Berries Unlimited has been a pleasure to work with. I decided to start a blueberry farm this past winter and contacted a couple of blueberry growers via the internet. Lidia responded to my inquiry right away, so I decided to give them a try. My initial order was for 60 plants. Hare and Lidia drove the plants to my home (north of Atlanta, GA) personally. They spent a great deal of time talking to my husband and I--giving us the education we needed to begin our new farming business. After planting the first 60 plants, we decided we needed to do this in a much larger way.
Our first experience had been so positive, we ordered another 500 plants. We had some weather issues this past winter with snow storms and rain storms, but when the weather cleared, the plants were shipped. All packed, healthy and ready to plant.
The plants have been in the ground for about 3 weeks now. They are all budding, flowering and growing. They have already increased in size. Great plants. Thanks Hare and Lidia for the great product you produce! We look forward to doing more business with you soon.

I thought I had finally found the right berry plant supplier but I could not have been more wrong. I placed a plant order totaling $ 9,250.00 in August of last year [2010] and wired payment in full at that time. I wanted my order shipped in October but had to alter that schedule due to early winter weather here in the mountains and have them hold my order until April of this year [2011] Since then I have had to alter the amount my order and requested a refund of $ 3,795.00 in January and they would not respond to my request. Finally after two weeks of calling and e-mailing them I finally got Hare Stuart on the phone. His wife Lidia Stuart is listed as the Principle of the company and Hare, her husband, is manager of sales. I dealt with Hare from the beginning and thought all was great until I asked for a partial refund. Here it is the 15th of February and NO REFUND and they are both avoiding my calls and e-mail messages. Hare told me on Friday the 11th of February that the refund had been wired to my account and here it is the 15th of February and NO REFUND and NO RESPONSE from Hare, Lidia or anyone at Berries Unlimited. I had also requested a DETAILED PAID invoice from them when I originally placed my order and to this day I have not received that either. I only went to Berries Unlimited after exhaustive research on many suppliers and the good reviews here on Dave's Garden but now I may never get my money back as I have now cancelled my entire order due to the way Berries Unlimited is conducting business.

FINALLY!!! All has been resolved and the misunderstandings have been taken care of. The company is still WAY UNDERSTAFFED to deal with problems of customer service.

The customer service at Berries Unlimited is excellent. Lidia, the owner responds quickly and is very accomodating and pleasant in her emails. I bought some nice size 3 gallon and 1 gallon plants from Berries Unlimited and they were packed very well and shipping was quick! I am waiting to see how they fruit and leaf out during spring and summertime. The prices for plants and shipping are very reasonable. Thanks Lidia.

I forgot to mention that my box came filled with a lot of pine shavings that you can use as mulch on your blueberry plants.

I couldn't have had a better experience in ordering from Berries Unlimited. They took an integral part in my success with their stock. I ordered from them because their stock is tissue cultured and does not arrive bareroot. Lidia was most helpful with determining a satisfactory shipping date that would not interfere with all the other plants I have arriving this spring, so I could give my full attention to my order from them. Lidia even corresponded with me over the weekend! I can't wait for the snow here in the Northeast to melt so I can get back out in my gardens once again, and I'm excited about adding their berries to my gardens! Their products and their knowledge give me the best possible chance for success in raising my own home grown berries.

Had a great experience with Berries Unlimited. I ordered six blueberry plants and received them in gallon containers. Plants were in fine shape and nice & bushy. They also supplied me enough soil sulfur and pine shavings for all the plants. I did have a issue trying to use paypal to pay for the blueberry plants but the customer service was one of the best I've dealt with. If your looking for some quality plants and reasonable shipping costs this is the place!

I contacted the company on the Labor day weekend. Surprised I was when I got a response that same day, which was Sunday. The person responding, Lidia, was rather helpful and actually advised me to order less plants that I initially intended in order to ensure that the berries will survive our brutal Wisconsin winter. The plants were ordered on Monday, Labor day, and shipped on Tuesday. I received the plants and am rather pleased with the quality of the plants and how well it was packed for shipping. Most definitely will come back to order more plants in Spring.

The owners of Berries Unlimited are like family to us here at Moongate Gardens. We do our research here at the gardens and found Berries Unlimited and called, right away we knew that this was where we wanted to do business. Located only 4 hours away we jumped in the car on a Sunday and arrived in Fayetteville AR to owners who know their "stuff" One of the owners spent half a day "educating" us on the different blueberry plants. We went away with a feeling of "look no farther"!
The phone calls to check up and if we had any other questions was great and then the day we placed our order they worked with us until we were happy. We placed a rather large order(2,000) and the Sunday we were ready they meet us at their nursery and with a wonderful crew we started loading a truck and then the owners drove the plants to us and unloaded . The cost for shipping was very reasonable and new friendships were formed.
Thank you and we are ready to order more.

I would tell you that hands down..

Berries Unlimited is the best place to order online

....for a couple reasons .... First off you can not beat the price anywhere online ....and They don't rip you off on shipping like most every other online site ... And you don't half to wait weeks for you plants ...I Put my first order of 16 berry plants in on a Monday and they arrived that FRIDAY .... All plants arrived heathy in huge 1 gallon pots ...many had multiple plants in each pot ... To boot they arrived packed in pine shavings .... I immediately place a second order....The Other thing that I should talk about is the customer service .... The owner of the store is supper responsive via email ... I got thoughtful responses to all my questions within hours via email .. I emailed the owner a couple time with special requests and was accommodated ...

with Berries Unlimited I was able to get the convience of ordering online at a fair pair without having to sacrifice quality ...speed or service

What a super great company to deal with. I have had, at least, five or six orders from them including blueberries and strawberries; and each time the items were sent in great condition (and received also); orders immediately filled and quickly sent; allowed to pay by credit card or Paypal; information online on how to plant and care for berry plants; I would suggest no matter what zone you are from; please consider this the first place to go for any berry plants !

I ordered 5 blueberries on Tuesday, and got them on Friday. They were mostly 18" tall, and several had blueberries on them already. One was in a thinner plastic pot, and so got a bit squashed but still looks fine on top. They have a wide assortment of blueberries, including a bunch of short varieties which is what I needed. The only email they sent was about receiving the order (and it ended up in spam), but since they arrived so quickly, I don't think another "your order has shipped" was necessary.
