I made an order for 18 kinds of seeds, and received the order only with a delay of 15 days compared to two months expectable. Therefore, I am satisfied. I just have to point out that communication could be better.

I performed an order, paying 20,10 euros, at the beginning of February. When I placed the order, KPR sent me a mail with payment details and the expected delivery time: February-March.
I payed the price requested, but I haven't received any kind of mail confirming payment. I asked KPR if it has received my payment and about delivery time. I sent it dozens of mails, but it never answered me. This is why I had a negative experience. But if KPR kindly will answer my questions or the seeds will arrive before the end of March, I promise to change my mind about KPR. However, at the present day, my experience is negative.
On March 18th, 2011, lucaT changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following:

Payment was ordered at clients bank incorrectly (client did not follow payment details in email confirmation) and thus has been returned. Then asisted by KPR to help client make the payment.
As client wrote:

So there is no reason for negative feedback. Really special care has been provided, altough very small order."
