Our chicks were hatched and shipped on March 2 and we received them on March 4. They were beautiful healthy birds. They are about two weeks old now and still doing fine. eFowl.com has wonderful customer service. We are so pleased with our order we are buying more. :)

Our order of 10 ducklings arrived this morning at 6:30 AM, all the babies are healthy and lively. We are so pleased with the service from E-Fowl, they did exactly what they promised to do and that is send us top quality ducklings. They even put in one extra baby in case we lost one, but all are fine. The instructions were included although we had already printed them from their web site. It is fun to look at all the variety of waterfowl they offer. We will order more from them I am sure.

This is my 2nd year of doing business with eFowl...and it has been a pleasure. Their customer service is by far the best in their respective business category. As for quality...I am super pleased with all of the chicks I've ever received from eFowl. And I will continue to do business with them...they just can't be beat when it comes to taking care of their customers.

We received our chicks today and all are doing great even though the temperature was in the high teens. Efowl included several extra chicks with our order and all are very healthy. We live in a small town in Washington state and the chicks arrived one day after they were sent. Efowl will get another order from us next year.

My goal is to raise Wood Ducks that will return to my pond to breed every year. I did this with Mallards twenty years ago and I still have several breeding pairs of Mallards which return every year. But I have never raised Wood Ducks.

When I had problems with mail delivery the company worked with me beyond the call of customer service to make sure I received my seeds. I did! And they are great! Just in time to start seedlings.

This was the first time I've ever ordered chicks through the mail and I was a bit leery, especially seeing as it is still Winter. All 20 of the Rhode Island Red chicks that I ordered arrived alive and well. They return emails propmtly and answer any questions you may have about their birds including just general questions like how do they sex them etc.. It was a very smooth experience dealing with them and will do it again in a heartbeat. My experience went perfect and I can tell that, had it not gone so well, they would have worked with the problem until I was fully satisfied. It was interesting just visiting their website and reading about the various birds they have available. Wish I could find a car dealer that worked like these folks. :)

This was my first time buying Ducks ever. My experience was amazing! Efowl has excellent communication, great prices, and an excellent selection of birds! My birds arrived safely and very healthy. Being that this was my first time owning Ducks the whole experience was new. Efowl included a care intructions sheet with my order. It really helped me get started, so thank you Efowl! Efowl is a great place to get any type of poultry. They have excellent customer service. I'm very pleased and will DEFINETLY shop with them again very soon. Thank you!

I just received my pair of Red Golden Pheasants that I ordered in September of this year and I have to say that I am completely satisfied with the condition of these birds. This company seems to put the health and welfare of their birds above all else. I would not hesitate to order from them in the future nor would I hesitate to recommend them to any one else looking to purchase birds. I am looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I purchased a variety of baby ducks from e-fowl.com and received them as brand new ducklings on May 4, 2010. I ordered 10, but they sent 11 in case one would die. They were very healthy and have all survived. They are now a little over 4 months old and are absolutely beautiful healthy ducks. I plan on ordering chicks from them in the spring, and I have no doubt that I will receive healthy chicks that will grow to produce great eggs.
