I ordered 10 plants from LBJ in Dec.,2001 for my Christmas present from my husband. They confirmed my order. Then silence from them. I emailed them in March asking for the order to be sent and was told that they would arrive mid May. I called 2 days ago to get arrival day as it was past mid May, and was told they had no idea when I would get my plants and when I pushed to be told which month, I was told to cancel my order. When I asked when she knew they would not be able to fill my order and why was I not notified so I could order elsewhere before so late, she refused to answer or discuss her total lack of customer concern and customer service with me. It was a terrible experience. I also was heartbroken for I had been lusting after these particular plants for a long time.

I placed an order on 3-9-01, I only ordered 4 items. The first item, seeds, came 4-11-01. The second item, seeds, came 4-19-01. The third item, a plant, came on 5-5-01. The fourth item, seeds were damaged and destroyed, they removed the charge for the seeds and promised to send me fresh seeds when they became available....here in the year 2002, I'm still waiting. I will NEVER order from them again.

In the summer of 2001 I ordered cuttings from LeBon.My credit card was charged almost immediately.After approximately 2 months I emailed to inquire about my order.There was no response.One week later I emailed again.Still no response.
After another week I emailed that I was placing the charge in dispute with my credit card company.That got a response.
I did not cancel the order and after a time received my cuttings.They were in bad shape and two varieties appeared to be diseased.I will not be ordering from this company again.
