Last year I ordered two Buff Beauty tree roses from Regan.
Both were given the same soil, exposure, and treatment, but one of them died after only one week. I e-mailed them to report this, and asked what their policy would be. When there was no response in 5 days, I e-mailed again. I never heard from them.
Large selection of roses; both modern and antique. Good quality bare roots; however, their return and/or replacement policy was not stated and remained unclear even after a clarification was requested.
