I ordered hellebores, epimediums and hostas. These are the largest plants I've received from anyone and packed very well. Communication was excellent and they answered questions I had about plants in a very timely manner which I appreciated. Shipping was timely. What more is there to say? If they carry a hosta or shade perennial I want I will definitely order from them again. Very highly recommended.

I just received my first order from Naylor Creek!!! What took me so long???!!! Multi-eyed hostas were carefully wrapped as were the Hakenochloa and Hellebore. And I do mean carefully. They had told me via email that it's fall and the leaves aren't in good shape, but they look awesome. I ordered on Mon. Columbus Day, a holiday for the PO and I still got em on Thurs. Customer Service is excellent. They answered silly questions for 4 day before I made up my mine what to get. Debbie

I ordered two hostas and two brunneras from Naylor, and two days later the plants arrived in great condition. Very pleased in particular with the h. Sagae, and look forward to finding an excuse to order again. Thanks for the incredibly good service!

I ordered two epimediums from Naylor Creek. Shipping took 5 days because of some flooding problems in my state but the plants still look great when they arrived. They were excellent specimens and over the past month have done very well in their new home. The owner was very pleasant and informative over the phone prior to my placement of the order. I have nothing but praise for this nursery.

I have since ordered many more plants in multiple orders. I only can say this nursery is in my top five to order from. They will answer any of your questions and if there are problems, they will correct it. You cant go wrong with them, at least that is my experience.

Though I've ordered plants from various mail order nurseries in the past, I've never before felt the need to share my experiences. This was my first time ordering from Naylor Creek but it had been highly recommended by a local hosta society friend. My order which included several epimedium, a hellebore and a podophyllum arrived quickly and was impeccably packaged. Opening each carefully wrapped plant was an absolute delight as each was quite large and healthy. I couldn't be happier! I will definitely order from Naylor Creek again (hostas next time) and will share my very positive experience with my other plant obsessed friends.

WAY Positive.... I am usually disappointed with mail order plants, but not this time.... I would definitely order from them again. I ordered 4 hostas and I am going back for more. The order was prompt in coming, the plants were hefty, (3 crowns each).

I just got hostas from Naylor Creek earlier this week and they arrived in great condition and on the promised date. They notify you by e-mail when the order ships with tracking information and their service is really great. Above all, they have a great selection of some really cool hostas. I will continue to be a customer and recommend them to others.

I just received my new order today. As with all past orders, they arrived in really good shape and are of exceptional quality. I ordered four hostas and all had multiple eyes. The service is exceptional. Prices are very good. S&H was only $10, which I consider reasonable for such a large package. I will order from them again next year.

I ordered for the first time this spring. I thought the price was excellent on the 5 hostas I ordered, and I received them 2 days after they were shipped even though the company is in Washington and I'm in Virginia. The plants were well packed, are healthy, and a couple came with an additional single-eye plant. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered two Brunnera's that I couldn't find elsewhere and requested them after Mother's Day. Days before I expected them, I e-mailed Naylor Creek and asked if the shipment could be delayed one week since I was traveling. They said I'd just made it in time and they were able to honor my request. An advance e-mail was sent so that I could expect the mailing and the plants were packaged well and arrived in good shape. One of the best out there! Thanks Naylor Creek!

I second what everyone else has said. I ordered from them last year. The plants arrived in fine shape, were a reasonable size and did fine for the rest of the season last year, without undue transplantation shock. I was a bit concerned aboout the trilliums I ordered since they went dormant right after I put them in, but they're up and beautiful this year; they make me smile every time I look at them. I'd definitely order from this company again.

One of the best hosta sellers there is. They always send multi eyed plants, with excellent root systems, and have excellent customer service. In the 50+ i've ordered from them. I can honestly say, i've never recieved a porr quality hosta from Naylors. If you want to be treated with respect, and recieve wonderful plants. This is the nursery to buy from..

Anybody out there that wants to know how to package plants for shipping, should order from these guys. I got my order at the time requested, but my planning ended up being messed up due to weather, so I didn't have a spot ready to plant anything!

I bought two nice plants from Naylor Creek via the Hosta Library Auction. I wasn't expecting too much, since the plants were relatively new introductions. Boy, was I surprised. They sent me two nice hostas with at least 3 eyes each (actually, 3 eyes on my 'Touch of Class' and 5 eyes on my 'Forest Shadows'). The communication was great, shipping was done well, and service was top notch.

I placed my first order with Naylor back in January. I received a very prompt confirmation of my order with a ship date of April 21st. After waiting patiently, I finally sent off an email with first week of May to explain that the order had not yet been received. I received a response that day stating that the package had been sent and to check with my local post office. I replied back stating the post office confirmed that the package had not been received.

If you are into hostas you will love Naylor Creek, the plants are huge, gigantic root systems and they take off like rockets when planted. Some that were shipped were so large I divided them before planting. Their packaging is excellent too and the prices and variety are good. There is also an early bird discount for those who plan ahead and order in winter.

I had a landscape situation that was perfect for small and miniature hostas. Last spring I searched the internet for nurseries that had a good selection of hostas. I stumbled upon Naylor Creek and my search came to a screeching halt. Their website was so complete and informative that I took a chance and ordered several mini hostas from them. The plants were wrapped perfectly and the roots were moist and viable. All were clearly labeled. They grew at varying rates during the summer. Some varietes are naturally more vigorous, but all of them performed in a positive manner. I was so impressed by this nursery that I ordered more hostas and shade perennials from them this year. When I e-mailed them to add a couple more plants to my order, they replied in one day. They also sent me an acknowledgement letter that included a list of plants ordered and the shipping date. The letter was hand signed by the owners. This level of professional dedication and personal concern along with great plants has made me a customer for life.

The hostas I ordered from Naylor last spring had huge root systems, and took off instantly in my garden. They were by far the largest divisions I got from any of the several nurseries I ordered from, and I already have an order confirmed for this spring. This is one satisfied customer!

I ordered several cimcifugas and heucheras plus one fern in 2001. I found them on the Web after a search for cimcifugas--they had a great selection. I had a charming ordering experience chatting on the phone with these guys, and they were very understanding about my need for late delivery here in the Catskills, where we sometimes get snow on Memorial Day. I got three of a very unusual variety of cimcifuga that are the highlight of my shade garden and doing spectacularly. The fern lives in a pot and comes inside for the winter, and is fantastically healthy and extraordinarily handsome. The heucheras aren't getting enough sun, and will be moved this spring, but all survived in spite of less than ideal conditions. Highly recommended for a great selection of shade plants.
