Echinacea Sale in the Classifieds!

Cedar Springs, MI(Zone 5b)

(Clint) Medina, TN(Zone 7b)

I ordered 4 more plants. LOL.

These are a little higher than the Co-op in price, but I think it's worth it since the plants are more established.

I will officially have some Firebird in the new Echie "Fire" Bed. LOL.

northeast, IL(Zone 5a)

has anyone on here ever bought a tray of plugs for themselves? I've been tempted because of the high mark ups in co-ops. Not quite sure what I'd do with so many, but there's still lawn left I could remove.

From reading the classified ad, I wasn't sure if we were supposed to go ahead and pay immediately or wait for confirmation that what we emailed him was still available. It did say first come, first pay, first ship, but I would think he would want to confirm availability before he gets a flood of payments. What did you guys get from the ad?

Cedar Springs, MI(Zone 5b)

I just emailed my order and paid him via Paypal.
He said they would be shipped when he got the money.

Would these need to overwintered in pots or do you think they are big enought to plant in the ground?

To overwinter aould my unheated garage be okay? I have kept lilies in pots and they start to sprout mid winter. So it is not super cold in there.

Cedar Springs, MI(Zone 5b)

I'm planting mine in the ground.
I had some small echies last fall I started from seed
and they survived with no protection other than snow cover.

Got my plugs and they are very husky and healthy!

(Clint) Medina, TN(Zone 7b)

I got mine yesterday!

Thanks for the nice plants, Warren!

I left Warren postive feedback.
If you're statisfied with your purchase you might
want to do the same.
He told me he will be getting Hot Lava plugs in Sept.
and possibly Bubblegum & Maui Sunshine too.

(Carisa) Raleigh, NC(Zone 7b)

Do you mean Gum Drop? Never heard of Bubblegum, but I'll bet if there was one, it would be pretty!

(Warren)Lisbon Falls, ME(Zone 5a)

LOL that was my fault. My 4 year old came to me asking for Bubble Gum as I was emailing Cottage Rose and I just typed Bubble Gum instead of Gum Drop. I would love to see a Bubble it would be pretty.
