Pinching back Dragonwing begonias

Hobart, IN

I took some cuttings of a purchased plant from last year and now have several plants. I was wondering if these can be pinched back since they're already blooming and they won't be able to go outdoors for another 6 weeks. The plants only have the one main stem and was hoping to get them to branch out a bit. Hope someone can give me some advice. Thanks!
