Pachypodium?

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

I have this plant over 10 years. It has frozen a few times and keeps coming back to life. I lost the original tag that was in the pot, but I recall I had a plant called Pineapple plant. I'm not sure this is the same one. I have never seen blooms so not sure what it is. Anyone have any ideas what it may be?

I would say its a Pachypodium. But which one? not sure.
Is that a lichen growing on the top? Interesting.

With the needles it makes me think it may be a P. saundersii. If it is it will be white flowers in the fall.

helenchild, yes that's lichen. I find it on a lot of my plants. I used to pick it off, but it comes back. Now I just leave it. It doesn't seem to harm the plant at all. I don't know why it choose some plants, and not others.
