Looking for 'tutorial' re grilling

Brady, TX(Zone 8a)

My grilling abilities are really hit-or-miss but just bought a bigger grill with a smoker box and need some "this is how to ..." advice. Who're the grilling experts? Where are they?

We do a lot of grilling, smoking, fire pit and wood oven cooking. If you are looking for a real authority check out Stephen Raichlen on line. He is hands down known as the guru of the grill. He has books, videos, blogs and TV shows. http://www.barbecuebible.com/about/ Have fun with your new grill.

I have a good book that I picked up at the grocery store, Safeway had it I think. It's very comprehensive and easy to read and understand. It's Weber's Easy Grilling - lots of great color photos. Found it on Amazon:

Happy grilling!

There are lots of grilling ideas and recipes on Weber Grill's website: http://www.weber.com/grillout/

DH loves Stephen Raichlen. Try his brick chicken and grilled peaches. He is a little light on veggies so you might look at some of the vegitarian grilling books for more ideas on those.

Art Smith also has a great on the grill pizza.
