Beautiful flowering bush

Versailles, MO(Zone 5b)

Not sure what this bush is, but it seems to need something more than I am giving it. Maybe mulch & vitamins. Thanks

Weigela; a variegated cultivar.

Raleigh, NC(Zone 7b)

It looks like it's doing OK. Variegated plants normally grow more slowly than their plain green counterparts as they have less chlorophyll. A bit of mulch and balanced fertilizer might be beneficial but don't overdo either.

Scott County, KY(Zone 5b)

That looks absolutely normal for a variegated Weigela florida - except for that black and yellow speckled thing. You should swat that.

Except for some pruning for form (after flowering), it looks like you have a healthy plant there.

Thanks everyone of you for sharing with me the idenity of my bush. In this picture it was at a healthy point of this bush,
it didn't do too well this year. I will give my Weigela some mulch & some balanced fertilizer....
