Yellow mushrooms???

Fort Wayne, IN

I noticed these little yellow mushrooms popping up in a few of my plants, they are cute..however.."UGH", that means I have some sort of fungus in the soil I have been using. Does anyone know what these are and how to get rid of them. I found the spores all over the top and bottom of one of my pots..eww.. It is in my Pachypodium Lealiiv

Solved...went to google and found interesting and helpful information,

I'd say your Pachypodium needs repotting and put in nice loose soil with lots of perlite (I assume you can't get pumice in the Midwest) added. Mushrooms aren't good on plants with caudexes!

Thanks Nancy, I did clean and replant. I also noticed spores on other plants to, so needless to say I was doing a lot of cleaning and replanting. Thanks for your answer. It is appreciated.
