What program to schedule volunteers?

Vancouver, WA(Zone 8a)

I am going to take over the scheduling of volunteers for a weekly free dinner /clothing [email protected] my parish. 30 + people in 4 -5 different tasks: serving tables, kitchen crew, dish washers, & clothing helpers every week.

I will e-mail out the new schedule every Tuesday.

What is the best program to use? I am clueless.

Bradenton, FL(Zone 9a)

I just googled and found this:
I don't know anything about it, but its free.

Good Luck

Hi,

Even though donated "volunteer time" is not tax deductible, some expenses related to your volunteer work are. Below is a snippet from an article found here: http://blueavocado.org/content/tracking-volunteer-time-boost-your-bottom-line-complete-accounting-

"Volunteers may deduct the direct costs of operating their vehicles or the standard charitable mileage rate of 14 cents per mile as well as some other expenses. Volunteers should consult their tax advisor or refer to IRS Publication 526, Charitable Contributions."
These are two links from within quoted text:
