Waterlogged Spa Covers

Calgary, Canada

I am looking for someone to deal with the waterlogged spa cover. It is really heavy and unable to move with cover lifter. I have tried to stood it up and a small portion of water came out. But still heavy and also found a crack at the sealed area. Will it able to repair or should I replace it with a new one ? I bought this spa cover 5 years . They really lasted for 5 long years because I have maintained it very well from chemical exposure and other water absorption issues.

Mine did the same, I would stand it on end and let it drain. Have someone help you. I replaced mine, but it's been 10 years and it is now doing the same. I'm trying to figure a way to patch the small hole, but haven't settled on how yet.
