Antique Planter/Seeder?

Springboro, PA(Zone 5a)

I picked this up at a garage sale yesterday. I think it's some kind of planter/seeder. The action runs off of the spokes which still have some of the original stenciling. Obviously, parts are missing. I can't find anything quite like it online. I'm hoping someone on here might have more info.

It looks a lot like an antique seed planter. If it was homemade/handforged, you might not be able to find another exactly like it.

I found a photo! It's a 1880s O.E. Thompson No. 1 Wheelbarrow Seeder. I'm going to stop back where I bought it. Who knows, maybe they still have the box and don't know what it's for.

Cool.

What a neat "find". Man, 1880, who know how many hands handled that wheelbarrow.
