Freebie Pattern links for bags and totes

Marietta, OH(Zone 6a)

I found this link for free tote patterns, thinking "how many patterns do you really need for a tote bag?"... wow, I'm so happy I looked!! Of course, a basic pattern and dimensions can be altered and added to fairly easily, but this has great ideas and new looks (to me, anyway). Hope you like some of them and can use for gifts and such..

There are some really nice patterns on that site, got it saved to favorites.

I browsed through it quickly as we just got back from vacation and I'm trying to get the house picked up and shopping finished today. We have company coming for the weekend and Hubby's birthday.
The thread I got the first link from must have lots of Bag Someone else posted another link for more freebies. I'll have to take a vacation just to sit and go through these!

Beautiful bags and great freebies. I'm thinking to combine some of these with some free svg-s I've got and put them on a bag.
I've never tried putting an svg on a bag and would appreciate any feedback on how to clean it when time comes. I'll see how it works out and share my experience also. I just checked and still has some nice freebies, love them.

Hello, it's been quite awhile since I've been back to Dave's, life reasons.. I've not gotten into SVG design work, so I can't answer that question for you. I do machine embroidery, applique and some quilting, along with sewing for the grands. I'm behind in the quilt threads, too, but you could try one of the latest quilting threads or the crafting forums. I bet there are others out there that do the SVGs. I apologize that I'm not being much help for you, but I do hope you find someone that has suggestions!
