Problem viewing 3D Movie

Laurel, DE(Zone 7a)

We have a 3d television and some movies. They have always played fine in 3d mode until today. Today when we tried to view a 3d movie that we have seen befor the blu ray showed it in BD view and although the option is to switch to HD 3 D I cannot use the arrow buttons to select that option. The only thing we have changed is we uninstalled the internet streaming to the tv.
What is the difference between 3d and BD. We still got the 3d effect using the BD mode?
Any ideas?

I'm not sure about the difference, but maybe it'd be better to consult about this with some professional?

I believe BD just stands for Blueray Disc.
Have you tried viewing one of your 3D BD discs on the TV with it just set to BD?
Could it just be that you tried to change a setting when you had a not in 3D disc in the player?

I have researched and believe it is because we turned off the wifi to the set. We had cable to it in md and it worked great. When we moved here we got direct tv and it was connected to the tv. But we only have limited data and it was using it up so we disconnected the tv and that is when we lost the 3d. Ability.
Guess I will just reconnect when we want to watch one.
