In this climate, all my 'house plants' live outdoors most of the year. I sometimes have to bring them or cover them in Jan or Feb.

I have a lot fewer than I used to. Love them. :)

At one time we had over 80. Not sure now.

I have indoor cats......they don't mix well with my "house" plants stay outside year's warm enough that I rarely even have to cover them unless we expect really cold weather (less than 30)!!

I do have some plants in my screened Florida room all year long, mostly succulents so they don't drown in our rain, but none inside the house. Plants are happier outside here, and with indoor cats and Florida roaches, best to keep dirt and plants outdoors.I do bring some orchids and hoyas into the FL room if we dip to low, just close the windows on the porch.
