I was lucky and won 2 gift certificates for seeds from Victory Seeds and hope to share with 'real' gardeners.

Despite that we might not know when Fall in Texas might be, I'm thinking about what vegetables and herbs and maybe a few flowers that would be good to start from seed here in the DFW area. Lettuce? Spinach? Kale? Collards? Mustard? Turnips?

I'm looking at planting guides from 2 different local nurseries and of course there are a number of discrepancies. So I'm asking y'all because you all are the experts.
