SOLVED: Any identification and revitalization advice appreciated

Los Angeles, CA

My roomies plant has been kept indoors given occasional full sunlight. The droopy one is losing leaves, other one stronger. Hes curious if overwatered. Thanks in advance!

Looks like a Dracaena reflexa.

Maybe it will grow up to be like

PS
These should be watered only if dry. Do not let it sit in water. I would not move it around a lot, it could cause it to go into shock and drop leaves.

If you cut the trunk back, a dracaena will usually sprout 2 or more heads. Though in spring, when it is in growth mode, you will get the best results.
