SOLVED: uninvited guest needs to be identified

Philadelphia, PA

This plant started as an uninvited guest. I thought it looked interesting. It's flowers are magenta colored, drooping and bell shaped on stalks about 12-18inches . I allowed them to go to seed. Those seeds have produced a spreading mass, so I need to figure out it it stays.

Thanks in advance for any help

Maybe Aquilegia.
Lots of cultivars.
My A. vulgaris Black Barlow matches your description, but there are bunches of others

Philadelphia, PA

Looking up your suggestions, I realized I wasn't accurately describing the color.
I think my mystery plant is Aquilegia canadensis.
Will wait for next year to see the flowers to be sure.
Thanks for your help, couldn't have done it without you. I even tried one of the plant ID apps which was way off.
