It looks like a variety of Ctenanthe.

May I ask why its leaves looks dried up and are rolling inside? When I got it a plant already looked that way...

Ctenanthe has very thin leaves. It loves heat, high humidity, moderate watering with drying of the top layer of soil in the pot, good lighting, but without direct sun. If some condition is violated, it can cause problems with the leaves. In this case, I suspect dry air.
