I don't think those are Photinia sp.; leaves are not right.

In fact it could be some kind of Eucalyptus. Try checking:
Eucalyptus_Nitens (1-2)
EUCALYPTUS pauciflora subsp. niphophila (2-3)

Definately a eucalyptus. So many species though, you'll have to do some research.
